Photo Requirements
Preparing your photos
Do not send photos via email attachments. Photos will only be accepted via Google Drive or Dropbox; we strongly recommend Google Drive.
Your photos and information are required within 24 hours of your payment submission in order to receive your order within its promised timeframe.
Photos of your current face
No makeup
No shadows or eyewear
Taken outside in natural daylight (ideal time between 11am and 1pm for best light conditions) or through a window in natural daylight
Hair tied back if long
Hair covered with white towel if colored
Ensure any auto-enhancements are turned OFF on your camera settings
Wearing a white shirt and holding a piece of white printer paper beneath your chin
Minimum 1000 x 1000 pixel images, high quality
Ensure your lighting resembles the above checkmarked photo. Ensure you are not wearing makeup, have not used any self-tanner or gone tanning in at least 2 weeks, ensure you have removed all jewelry and glasses. Ensure you are neither in direct sunlight or backlit. You should be lit with natural daylight only, typically best through a window or outdoors avoiding direct sunlight between 11am-1pm.

Photo of your Forearm
Photo of the inner portion of your forearm and wrist in natural daylight (avoid direct sun)
Photos of you through the decades
Minimum one photo of you per decade of your life
Preferably in natural daylight and with natural skin (no tan, etc) and natural hair color if possible
If you do not have any photos available; please provide a description of both your natural hair color and any other notable coloring characteristics- as accurately as possible
Photos of your natural hair
Please note in each photo whether or not the hair color pictured is natural
Note in writing whether or not your hair at the moment is your natural color; note your natural color in your 20’s
Send over all aforementioned photos & information

Your color analysis results will be determined via the information and photographs that you provide to this email within 24 hours of making your payment. If you provide more photos and/or info at a later time, they may not be used, as your analysis may have been completed using what was submitted intially.
How to submit photos via Google Drive:
Create a Google Drive folder.
Upload all of your photos to said folder.
Change the sharing settings of this folder to “Anyone with the link”.
Click on the arrow next to the folder’s name.
Click “Get link”.
Change “Restricted” to “Anyone with the link”
Copy the link to this folder and send it to us in your initial information/photograph email. Please do not use the Google Drive function to automatically share the folder to us, as this does not work as well; copy/pasting the link is best.
We will accept Dropbox photo submissions as well; but we cannot accept emails with attachments as our system automatically blocks these emails.
